How much does a wedding DJ cost?
Your quote reflects the parts of the day you book, your venue and the equipment required. We discuss your plans first, then agree on a clear scope and price.

Why there is no fixed price here: your flat fee depends on the parts of the day I accompany, the equipment your venue needs and the travel distance. After our free initial conversation, you receive a proposal for that specific scope.

What your price depends on
The price mainly depends on how much of your day I accompany and what equipment is needed. Your individual quote sets out the agreed services clearly.

From the ceremony to the party
Accompanying the ceremony, reception, dinner and party involves more time and preparation. This may include sound for the ceremony and equipment for indoor and outdoor areas.
Extras chosen for your day
A photo booth or outdoor ambient lighting can be added individually. They are included only when expressly agreed in your quote.
Compare like-for-like quotes
Compare preparation, agreed playing times, sound and lighting, setup and dismantling, travel and the agreed scope as well as the total price. A lower quote may cover less; a higher price alone does not tell you whether the music and personal approach are right for you.
Enquire about your dateWhat happens if you become ill?
If illness prevents me from performing, I will seek a professionally comparable replacement through my Trenz Events and Time Solutions Eventagentur network. We discuss the replacement DJ together, and they take over only with your express agreement. I cannot guarantee that a replacement will be available. If no replacement is agreed, payments for services not provided are refunded in accordance with the contract.
Playing time, setup and travel
How long will you play at our wedding?
We agree on the exact playing time using your schedule, no later than our final meeting. Private clients receive a fixed price for the agreed scope, with no hourly extensions. We therefore discuss your preferred finish in advance.
When do you set up and pack down?
I always set up before your guests arrive and arrange access and timing directly with the venue. I usually pack down after the event. Setup and pack-down are included in the agreed fixed price.
How much does a wedding DJ cost, including travel?
I prepare an individual proposal. The agreed DJ services, setup and pack-down are offered at a fixed price. Travel is listed in the proposal according to distance; longer journeys may also involve an overnight allowance.
