Partners & recommendations
Partners and recommendations for your wedding
Many people work together on your wedding day: your photographer, videographer, celebrant, venue and perhaps a wedding planner. So that everything fits together, I coordinate with them as soon as you share their contact details. And if someone is still missing, I’m happy to recommend other suppliers personally.

How I work with your suppliers

With your venue
I check with your venue in advance when I can set up, where my booth goes and what equipment is already there. If the venue has a professional sound system, I look at what we can use. For an outdoor ceremony, we also agree a sheltered spot for the equipment and a wet-weather plan.
With your celebrant
Feel free to share their contact details. Beforehand, we briefly go through the running order, the music cues and the microphones. Everyone who speaks at your ceremony gets a microphone. That way, even the back row hears every word.
With photographers and videographers
Your photographer or videographer shouldn’t miss a single important moment. If you share their contact details, we agree when the entrance, speeches and first dance begin.
With your wedding planner
If you are working with a wedding planner, I coordinate the running order directly with them. For international weddings, this works in English too.
02
Personal recommendations on request
Still looking for a photographer, a celebrant or the right venue? I’m happy to bring my experience into your planning and recommend other suppliers. Which recommendation suits you depends on your style and your celebration. That’s why we talk about it in our first conversation, or you simply write to me.
You can find venues where I have played myself among my venue references.
What couples say
„Janniks Arbeitsweise hat uns bereits in den Vorgesprächen sehr gut gefallen, da er kein Standardprogramm abspult, sondern sich die Zeit genommen hat uns als Paar kennenzulernen.“

For wedding planners, venues and celebrants
Do you plan weddings, run a venue or lead ceremonies as a celebrant? Here you can see how I work with you. I’m Jannik Trenz, a wedding and event DJ from Saarlouis. I have been behind the decks since 2010 and have played more than 500 events.
Coordinating the running order
Before the wedding, I agree the running order with you: entrance, speeches, first dance and party. We set the music cues in advance.
Checking equipment with the venue in advance
I clarify setup times, power, the spot for my booth and the existing equipment directly with the venue beforehand. For outdoor ceremonies, I use battery-powered systems that don’t need a socket.
One contact on the day
I DJ myself and am your contact on the wedding day for music, sound and microphones. You can settle any questions directly with me at the booth.
Microphones for celebrants
For the ceremony, I bring microphones for the celebrant, witnesses and family. On request, I can also cover just the ceremony.
German and English
Coordination, planning and hosting are available in German and English. I also make short announcements in French, such as the welcome or the first dance.
