Arrive & catch up
Reception music sets the mood while leaving room for conversation. During dinner, it stays in the background. We discuss how you want the evening to begin and whether separate spaces need their own sound.
Your company Christmas party should feel right for your team, from the first conversations at the reception to the last song. I DJ at celebrations in Saarland and Luxembourg, planning the music, running order and equipment personally with your organiser and venue.

Thank-you speeches, awards or a look back at the year need clear cues. We agree who speaks when, when the music stops and which microphone is needed, so everyone involved knows what to expect.
After dinner, the energy can grow. I shape the transition to the party and watch how your guests respond. Favourite songs and tracks to avoid are part of the briefing, with room to react to requests on the night.

A Christmas party often brings together different departments, generations and nationalities. We discuss your colleagues and the kind of evening you have in mind. Perhaps there is a formal programme before dinner, or dancing is the main focus. Those details guide the music, rather than a fixed playlist.
To get started, share your date, venue, approximate guest count and preferred playing times. With your organiser, I clarify access, setup times, power, volume restrictions and any equipment already available. Speakers, lighting and microphones can be included by agreement; the quote sets out exactly what is covered.
My corporate clients include Husky, Sparda-Bank and Accenture, across different kinds of company events. You can explore these references and my approach on the event page. For your Christmas celebration, we plan a running order around your own team and venue.
Get in touch once you have a likely date and venue. I check availability personally; no general booking window guarantees a free date. Your date is reserved once the booking is confirmed.
We discuss musical preferences, shared favourites and tracks to avoid. During the party, I follow your guests’ reactions and adapt the selection. Different generations do not need identical tastes to enjoy an evening together.
Yes. During dinner and conversations, music stays in the background. We agree volume, speaker placement and venue restrictions, then adjust the atmosphere for the party.
The DJ fee is based on actual playing time. The total playing time for each event is rounded up once to the next full 30 minutes, at the agreed rate in the service specification.
Setup, dismantling and soundcheck do not count as playing time. Interruptions without DJ services are deducted. Start, end and these interruptions are documented.
If the DJ performance ends earlier, the fee decreases accordingly; the planned duration is not a minimum booking. Separately agreed fixed prices for equipment, photobooth and other services remain payable when those services are delivered as agreed. Additional playing time requires prior agreement and availability, at the same rate per 30 minutes. The payment schedule is set out in the contract; the final invoice lists actual playing time and the other agreed services.
